Extension of the limited warranty
Kapteos is proud to announce that the previous 1-year limited warranty on all our product lines is strongly increased since today, September 1st, 2026. Indeed, for all new orders, the limited warranty on all our product lines is now defined as follows:
3 years on all optoelectronic converters eoSense™
3 years on all probe holders eoPod™
3 years on all EM-field applicators eoCal™
3 years on all vacuum and high pressure feed-throughs eoVac™
3 years on all optical multiplexers eoSwitch™
2 years on all EM-field probes eoProbe™
2 years on all OEM EM-field measurement systems eoField™
2 years on all EM-field measurement scanners eoScan™
Free 4G cleaner
With every order of an optoelectronic converter eoSense™, a 4G cleaner will be now systematically provided to ensure that you will able to clean the optical connectors in case of working in a slightly dusty environment.
Price maintenance
All these improvements are performed without price change up to end of 2026 as long as the economic context does not deteriorate further.
